They displayed a great first and lasting impression at Total Care. They were friendly, professional, thorough, and most of all caring as their name implies. They showed up to help others on one of the most difficult travel days in North Texas due to ice and snow. I highly recommend them.

This was the best ER experience I've ever had. They were super professional and very quick and efficient and it beats going to a regular er all together. Staff was super friendly and extremely efficient and no bills or whistles it was get the business and they took care of my problem with a smile. If I have ever go to another emergency room without being hospitalized this is the place to go

Total care is amazing. I have been here once before a while ago and had an amazing experience as well to where I will always go back..starting from front desk checking the lady was very nice and professional. Check in was quick and smooth. I was called back in what I felt like was 2 minutes so super fast. The nurse was great at taking down my information and the doctor came in quickly as well. He checked me out and diagnosed me and send in meds, then I was out. I think I may have been here 30 to 40 min so very fast service not like waiting in a hospital ER for hours. I picked up meds and literally started feeling better by that evening. I can only give 5 stars but if I could I would give 1000 stars. I will definetly go back and send friends and family back as well!

Total Care ER was a pleasant experience. My nurses, Karen & Lindsey were kind and compassionate as was Dr. Balogun. I highly recommend TotalCare ER Denton at 3111 Teasley Ln.

I went to TotalCare after 2 weeks of pain and no answers as to what was wrong. With some tests and about 30 minutes of waiting, they had a definitive answer and made me feel so much better. The staff was so helpful and kind, specifically Dr. Torres. Additionally, they let me stay until there was a room available at the hospital, it was an extremely clean place, and I was able to have visitors and food brought in.

This place was great. (In Denton Tx) Nice, clean and quiet. Dr. Sarah Hockaday. The nurses and the front desk staff were kind and compassionate, which is all a patient needs. It would be nice to get disposable blood pressure cuffs in this time and age. All in all, I would refer my family and friends. Great job everyone. I would like to have a conversation with the Emergency Care Owner about something I observed. In one of the rooms #3 to be precise. I am surprised 😮 no one has mentioned it in this reviews.

Dr. Nelson and Karen were absolutely wonderful! I really hate getting blood drawn, but Karen held my hand the entire time and made the experience so much more comforting, she reminds me of my grandmother in the best way. Every time I’ve been here, the staff has been kind, attentive, and genuinely caring.

Honestly, this was the best ER experience I’ve ever had. The staff is so kind, bedside manners are 10 out of 10. The doctor is very caring. I came in with chest pains and instead of having me fill out paperwork they took me to the back right away. I honestly cannot recommend this place enough. Hopefully I won’t need it but the next time I need to go to an emergency room this will definitely be my only choice.

The Dr, nurse, radiology tech & front desk staff were absolutely amazing! From check in to discharge everyone showed so much compassion and professionalism. It made a rough situation so much more manageable. Highly recommend!

Everyone on the staff was absolutely amazing! Nurse Stacy was very attentive and made me feel completely comfortable. The receptionist (I’m truly sorry I can’t remember her name) went above and beyond to help me, and both doctors were as good as it gets! The best experience in a health care facility I have ever experienced, and sadly, lol, I’m 56 years old. Thank you all for your professionalism and attention to detail. It matters and it didn’t go unnoticed.
